WhWhat size wrenches do I need and other tools to remove the old cat and replace the new one. I have the new one.

stock 30+yrs old ?..wrenches aint going to get it done , sawzall- torch- grinder- cussing might
the clamp at downpipe and nuts on oe cat were 15mm . to replace youll need to cut the clamp and slit the old cat because they crimped it down good at factory
then grind the four rusted down nuts off at the back of the cat and it can be removed
youll need a new clamp and four 10mm bolts with nuts for the flange end provided you have a bolt in cat converter thats 18in OAL with a four bolt flange at back end otherwise youll need a new four bolt flange from RJC and a 2.5 section of pipe with a slip end and will have to do some welding to get it to fit
