Hey guys, I just put on the champion a/c setup and looks very nice. I just realized 2 things though that I am worried about and id call Champion about. THere is no mounting bolt for the stock location intercooler driver side bracket. HAs anyone done something to fix this problem?? Tom told me the bracket was designed as a race piece and most guys run a front mount. Another thing is I noticed that one side of the alternator does not get any support from the bracket at all. Any of yuou guys had a problems?? I rememebr some guys removed there a/c and never put on the fac bracket on that side, by doing this they tore blets up.
I appreciate any help

Well, that pretty much answers that question.
If you're yanking the A/C out of your car, it's obvious that it's duties are more race oriented.

About the support? not sure. Haven't seen one up close and personal to tell.

Alot of people race with stock location intercoolers though. Red A to be one of them. Many vendors are making stock location units. So you cant presume race cars only have front mounts. Am I wrong?
