Changing head and intake gaskets

DO any of yall guys know any quick tips and tricks on taking the heads and inake off/on? Or have any idea what could be leaking from the top half of my motor sounds like its coming from the middle.

Its coming from middle of the motor back. It's a blown head gasket. So whats the trick on taking the heads off
