If you want show quality then look no farther than Mark's "BigMouth" cold air kit. As far as performance, Ive run a best of 10.80 @128 with it. HTH

Very good quality got mines 2 days ago, i felt some difference faster spool i would say;) i have it chromed too. i justgot one q's for mark though can i still drive it when it rains or am i risking water getting in too the intake there for the maf swallowing some water thanx mark. :) oh i love the snorting sound scares some imports :D

Haven't had any complaints about water ingestion with the kits. The filter doesn't really get any direct splashing of water on it though the filter may get wet a bit. I drove my GN for the first time in the rain (ever!) with my kit on it from PA to CT in driving rain the whole way, about 5 hours without any ill effects. I really think the only time you could suck up enough water to damage anything would be to submerge the filter under water. If you got the car that deep in water you will have more problems than ingesting water into the motor!:D

Thanks for the compliments guys! I think Scott is the fastest with one of my kits.

Mine is great if you want show go with his chrome kit

One of the best things I have done to my car

Later
Brent:cool:

I've got 2 kits. One chrome one not.

I drive all winter with one.

Just clean the K+N with the K+N cleaner kit 2-3 times a year and you will do fine.

I've plowed snow with mine this year and it worked fine. :)

Make sure you're sure of what you're ultimate combo will be. I bought the aluminum MAF pipe and big mouth kit. Two weeks later the GP for the Trans+ came out and I went with the 3.5" MAF. Got a new aluminum pipe and 1/2 big mouth kit. Anyone need a stock size MAF pipe?

I brought the pipes to a local rim shop and they polished em up for me really nicely. I'm not a fan of chrome, I think polished looks cleaner. When I install them I'll post pictures. I'm very pleased with the BM kit and recommend it.

Thanks for all the input Got one on order along with some other stuff.

By the way Mark I sent ya another e-mail, I gave you the wrong shipping zip code. That's what I get trying to watch TV while trying to order:D
I couldn't miss Alias that chick can sure kick some ASS!!

Thanx scott i was doing about 19lbs of boost i think it had more in it if i upd it to 22 but oh well next time.

thanx for the reply mark even tho it doesnt rain alot down here the weather is kinda weird in vegas now i can drive it in the rain with no worries.;) :) excelent product

Sergio,
As long as you're monitoring knock, you should be able to crank it up even more than that with 116 octane. 1.7 60 ft. looks like the tires are working. What boost are you launching at??
p.s. I know a guy in town who is selling a 45K motor, although he's pretty proud of it.

I love mine. You can't beat Mark's customer service either, which is getting to be a hard thing to find in the TR community :( I've driven the thing in huge downpours in Mississippi before when I was taking a CIS course there, it worked fine. The car of course didn't perform like a champ in all that rain, but you wouldn't want it to anyway heh. Mark, did my paypal stuff clear for that cutout? I'm throwing it, a DP, and a new turbo on my car after the body shop gets it straight again. Thanks.

Mine was perfect
30 minute install.
Fast shipping

Isn't Jason C. running your kit? Anyways, I am running your setup and hope to see low 10's when I get to the track so maybe we can set a new record!:D

Hey Mark, I had the new MAF pipe and extra Big Mouth pipe I got from you recently professionally polished. They look fantastic..can't wait to install them. When it's all done if you want some diggies I'll shoot some for you.
