cold air kit

I want to make my own cold air kit I have all the pcs except the 4-3 reducer that connects to the MAF.I have seen other kits and it looks like a standard plumbing fitting.I can't seem to locate one,the reducers I have found @ hardware stores have the wrong I.D any suggestions.

I think they're going to Home Depot for the parts.

Got my 4-3" reducer hose from Lowe's. I think it was around $5 or so.
