I HAVE A FRONT MOUNT SPEARCO INTERCOOLER . IT TAKES UP ABOUT 3/4 OF THE FRONT OF THE RADIATOR. I CAN NOT GET TEMPS BELOW 200 GOING DOWN THE ROAD. I HAVE INSTALLED AFTERMARKET DUAL FANS ALSO ANS 160 T-STAT. ANY IDEAS

I was thinking of taking a piece of .032 aluminum and making a plate to cover the opening at the bottom of the core support to the front bumper. So that the air going thru the grill has to go thru the intercooler and radiator and not just going out the opening at the bottom below the intercooler.
Just a thought. :)

get a four core rad. and close off the bottom like they did from the factory. this is my next investment. you want to keep it cool no matter what mods you have. my 2 cents worth. learning alot real fast from a great gn expert and friendly guy here in my neck of the woods.
