Copper header gaskets

I heard having these help prevent the header from cracking?

I'm installing my ATR header system now and was wondering if I should install these also.

I hear good things from them. I had them on my firebird's 305 for the longest time and never had an exhaust leak.

I've had copper header gaskets on my ATR headers for almost 6 years never had a leak or any other problem.

need help again, one side is pushed in around the inside border of the gasket is this towards the head?
