Copper triangle 3 bolt header to turbo gasket. Has anyone bought these from a parts store? If so, which ones?

hey ive got one better get the header collector gasket from mr gasket its an ultra seal part number5980 mine have never leaked or you can get the aluminum looking ones that you can use over and over again

Try a muffler shop I stumbled on a whole rack full of them at a local muffler shop.....

Whatever you do, be sure and use a copper one. I used a cheap one from AutoZone that everyone was recommending last year. It's metal with composite stuff over it. 1600 miles later it's blown out and replaced with a copper one.

Was going to say the same thing

Didn't want to contradict disco stu  but the copper ones are much more resiliant. And as for bolt pattern, the one I got really didn't fit the bolts but it sure fit the pipe...sooo, got out my favorite GN (make it compatable) tool ie my router and legnthened the bolt holes a bit. I mean after all you are sealing the Turbo, not the bolts....Not that it's entirely the same thing, I mean us hot air guys have a different setup.

Thanks guys! I picked up a copper one last night. I'm gonna throw it in this evening. I'll let ya'll know how well it worked.

You should check that the header flange is not warped, there is not a gasket there originally.I had the same problem until I had the header flange machined flat again.I still use a composite gasket but it never blew out again. They warp upward at the mounting locations from tightening/heat/time etc.
