Could loose timing chain cause code 41....

Trying to tune in my car. I still have stock timing chain in my car ( I know). I keep throwing a code 41 and when i would throw the code i would get a turbo fart. If the timing chain is loose could it make the cam sensor mess up since the timing would be off. Drives great never used to pop through the intake. The cam sensor has never been out so it isn't 180 degress reversed. Read my earlier post titled "Code 41" for the rest of the problem. Any help please?
