cracked downpipe

I have a hooker downpipe that i discovered a small crack.The crack is in the weld to the pipe that goes to a external wastegate.Should the pipe be welded again or should something else be done?

Weld it.

Take it to a muffler shop that has employees that are not 18 years old. I would think expierience matters in welding. By the way are u anywhere 31st and Wolf Road. I ask that cuz anytime I see or hear "Westchester" I think of the Scots Pet shop radio commercial . I love it.
