Cracked Piston

Hi guys, I am rebuilding my stock 109 engine and the machinest found two pistons with a crack going towards the inside of the piston where the wrist pins are pressed in.There is a little hole on the top of the pistons on both sides and one side has a very thin crack in the same place on both pistons. Has anyone seen this before? Is this a casting flaw?

Look in the alcohol forum in the tai results from reynolds.My buddy super6 cracked a piston in reynolds just like you are talking about.There is a pic of it.His car leaned out and never got any knock............

Thanks for the response but that is not the location that I am referring too.Looking under the piston there are two holes on each side of it were the wrist pins are pressed in.The small hole on the top(looking inside the piston has the crack in it,like I said earlier two of mine had it and four of the used ones that I bought had them as well.What gives????
