Crud down the pcv hole.....

I finally removed the original pcv valve grommet(hard as a rock) and I noticed that a small amount of tiny rocks/crud fell into the hole.

How bad is this?

Should I try and suck it out of there with something, or will it hurt to leave it there?

It should stay on the valley pan if you have the stock style intake gasket. My broken pieces were there when I removed the intake. It was there for awhile too!!
