Cylinder Head question

Do cylinder heads from a 85 GN fit on a 86/87 GN? I have read before and been under the impression that the heads and the block are the same, with the obvious difference being the intake and other items. I would just like something definite on this question. Thanks in advance!

The heads will work and there are noticable differences in the blocks.

I was under the impression that they were the heads used on all RWD Regals from 84-87., not just the turbo models. Is this correct?
