Dash board question

If the wrong lights get lit up on your instrument panel on your dash is the problem in your dash or in your car? Cuz i just bought another (used) dash and the left blinker arrow is always on and my blue brights indicator blinks with the left blinker, and my volt light won't come on when i turn the key on. So my car wont charge. any ideas anyone?

something i forgot to mention...its a digital dash

also does it matter which bulb goes where in the back of the dash? Like if there are all bulbs in the right place does it matter if the order is changed in relation to which one goes where?

Try playing around with the 7mm headed screws that hold the cluster tight. I've had the same problem on a few of my digitals and I found you cant torque those screws down to tight. The printed circuit gets distorted because the cluster is misaligned. Loosen the screws and wiggle the cluster a little,turn on the lights and tighten them.
