    The absolute BEST customer service I have EVER encountered , period !! Called him at 9:45 pm Thursday night and he helped me through a transmission upgrade !! Does this guy ever sleep ??

    Hell , he hardly looks at his texts . I'll send him pictures via text then call him to discuss my problem . He prefers talking directly to you .

    I generally do all my talking to dave around 9pm lol, great customer service, and person to deal with.

    Outstanding service, great guy, talked for 1.5hrs one night just about TR basics, loved it!!

    Same with me. Took a little time to respond to emails, but calls he was right on top of. Good guy, was patient with my noob questions. An asset to the community.

    You make some very good points. Actual conversations with somebody can make all the difference in the world in business; or anywhere for that matter. Seems like a lot of this heartburn could have been saved if either party would pick up the phone instead of continuing this nonsense.

    Not to be ugly, this is a hobby for me. It costs me money to run this board and our event. I have to focus my time on the businesses that pay my bills and my family. Sorry if I offended anyone. However I do things the best way I see fit... If you don't like it I apologize but the only one with any skin in this game is me.....

    The only way to get across actual feelings is to speak to someone. We live in an age now where everything needs to be answered immediately via text or email. Dave is busting his ass working and I'm sure the last thing he wants to do is pull his phone out and text someone back. I'm old school. A quick call clears everything up. I don't know the situation but, Dave has been nothing but honest and patient with me whenever I call. He goes above and beyond for this community and for you to blow things up online is piss poor class. Be a man and pick up the phone and call.

    I did get the other post in an email.. Exactly how is me responding to public posts being childish? If something is being posted its fair game for a response, thats the exact reason of a board. You can repost if you want, in my opinion it just makes you look petty. But if you settled with Dave then i guess the conversation is over.
