For the stock rocker arms, it lists a R and a L does this refer to which head they are on or where they are located in the head, IE one being exhaust one being fuel?

figured it out...in case any of you were wondering, we called federal mogul and a GM dealership, they said that the way that they produce the rockers, that their is no difference between the L and R...so unless anyone has any other additional info, it doesnt matter as far as i have been informed.

Not so with the Sealed Power ones...there are specifically "L" and "R" rockers...the dimple for the pushrod is off center...if you switched them the pushrod would be grinding on the edge of the pushrod hole in the head...if the pushrod dimple is centered like the original stock rockers then it doesn't matter...by the way left and right doesn't specify which head...it's how they are oriented on each cylinder when looking at the head from each side of the engine...
