Dome light & Power door locks not working

My dome light & power locks stop working today,changed the bulb but still not working,all fuses look good,are these two accessories linked together?

I had that hapen to me a while ago. My radio also didn't hold memory and neither did the dash board(digital). I think it was the radio or the cigar lighter fuse. Its a 20 and i think its 3rd from the bottom n the middle row.
