Double pumper goes in tomorrow...any tips or tricks

Anything you have done in the past that helped this along? Anything I should watch out for? Do the pumps only sit one way in the tank or is there a possibility I could have the socks facing the wrong way (if there is one)? or am I really making a mountain out of a mole hill?

Dont forget to replace the pulsator, part on top of the fuel pump, with some regular fuel line. Pulsator is for the stock pump only.

Has a 307 in it now so that has been taken care of.
No one else has any words of advice?

Did you build it? Or is it Reds or ATRs? Reds goes in no sweat, done a couple of em. You'll be fine!

It was a Reds DP. Went in no probs as you said. I didn't have instructions with it, so where did you tie into the vacuum. Also, I had a hotwire kit already on there, anything I need to do with regards to that? I assume the orange wire by the hobs switch goes to the back of the alt?
