downpipe exhaust leak

I just can't seem to find thi exhaust leak, it's been leaking since I fixed my drivers side header. (didn't take any other thing off by the way)

I have poston headers, with I think poston 3" downpipe, and some sort of 2 piece crossover. I'm going to upgrade to a THDP this summer sometime, but this leak just keeps bugging me.

I tryed the smoke find thing, and there is a little smoke coming from where the elbow and the dp connect, but now you can HEAR the leak. You can't hear the leak when the car is idleing only when you rev it up or drive. It's defiently coming from the passenger side of the car, and i've checked almost everything.

Would it be worth fixing the leak or just waiting for the THDP. Also, on the TH what setup would I need to get? I have hooker exhaust right now with a gutted cat. Would the no cat aftermarket headers version work?

If you can hear the leak, you should be able to pinpoint it...

...use a 2' long piece of vacuum hose. Put one end to your ear, and move the other end around where you think the leak is coming from, it will get louder as you get closer, till it sounds like you have your ear against the exhaust port.
