I pulled the Buick out of the garage a couple days ago, running fine, so I could make some more room in there. I go to pull it back in and it won't start!
With it being around 20*F here, I am thinking the fuel line probably froze up. It runs on starting fluid until it burns it up, about 3 seconds worth, and stalls. Without the starting fluid it kicks a little, but will not fire up. Spark plugs look ok, just a little black.
Will I have fuel pressure on the rail if the fuel line is froze up? And how do I set the clear flood signal, just step on the gas pedal once with the key on right?

get in the car and floor it while you crank it up, let it crank 6 or 7 times, then let off the gas and see if it fires up.

also, your fuel pump might have taken a dump on you. can you hear it runing when you turn the ignition on?

also, let car cool off for a while, then try starting it again. this may clear it if it is flooded, or if it fires right up, let it run - then shut it down again, and try to fire it up. if it wont start back up, you may have a bad ignition module.

Clear flood is pedal to the floor while cranking.

Does the fuel pump prime when you turn the key on? Sounds like the fuel pump or relay went bad. You talked about pressure, does it hold fuel pressure , build it, or drop. If pressure just holds, check for injectors firing. If pressure drops and does not build after cranking, then pump problem.
How long has the fuel filter been on there?

Hope this helps spur some thinking,
CaptRob
