Emissions chip

I'm in Washington and due for an emissions test. Can a chip be burn't for emissions test only without changing my combo back to stock? If so then who can do this and is it successful?

2525 is 1/2 of the CA test. Your EGR should work, the cat should be in good condition and the O2 sensor should be in good condition. I don't know what kinod of mods are on your car, but Jim Testa or any of the chip burners should be able to help you.

I got an emission chip from Scott Simpson scott231@juno.com for $15. Tell him your combo, and I'm sure he'll set ya up without the need to do any hardware changes (only fuel pressure adjustment and swap out the chip).

That or check with Blood Enterprises in Auburn (I think). They custom burn chips right there.
