Engine Front Cover

I am changing my cam shaft ( #5 exhaust lobe and lifter is history) Do i need to remove the oil pump and water pump in order to remove the front cover?

No you do not have to remove the water pump or the oil pump from the cover

You do need to remove the cam sensor though.
