Engine seems to be missing, but....

........I don't get any KR at 25psi! The car has had a "weird" vibration while driving around seemed to be at different speeds, but watching the scanmaster, it vibrates more around 1600 rpm. Regardless of what gear it's in even if it's park or neutral. Is it possible to have a fouled plug and not get retard with that high of boost? Any Ideas??

Forgot to say, while coming home tonight, I kept the RPMs right at 1600 for quite a while and the SES light came on for code 45, 02 signaling rich for too long. O2 is a single wire AC delco, not too old....

Just changed the plugs, another set of NGK UR5's. No difference. The vibration seems to lessen with the dump pipe open
