Hey I did a search and didn't come up with much so I thought I would post this question. I have an 87 T and have a set of Pro Stars 15 X 8 in the rear and 15 X 3.5 in the front. I have quite a bit done to the car like a PT-54, CAS front mount, 50 lb injectors, 3" exhaust, ext.... and I want to know if I should run a 26" tall ET Street or a 28" tall one. I have 26" tall ones right now on other rims but I didn't know if 28's would be better for my car or not. I am also wandering what size front tire to run with either size because I don't want a big rake to the car. Any help or ideas would be great. Thanks,
Josh

You would run better with the 28" tall tire. On the street, I run the stock GN wheels with 275/60/15 Nittos out back and 205/75/15 up front. I just bought a set of Weld 'Pro Stars' and mounted M/T 28X9" ET Drags out back and M/T 27.5" tall ET Fronts on 15X4" front rims. The car has a 'level' stance. For your 15X3.5" front rims, I would run the M/T ET Fronts (27.5" tall).

They also make Hoosier Quick Time Pros a similar style tire in the 27" height which I thought was a good one for my cars. :)

Josh, I think this would work well also, I have this setup on my 86 and it has a slight rake, looks fine. I just added some better pics to my website if you want to check out the look of it. You may have not noticed the appearance from the drivers seat of the Chevelle racing around Lafayette after midnight a couple weeks ago:D Pictures on Tom's Lafayette website also, although smaller than the ones I used on my site.

Thanks for your input guys. I guess I will get some 205/75's for the front and run some BFG's in the rear. Tim your right I was too busy watching the road, but your car did look good. Thanks again.
