Exhaust Leak At Dp/turbo Flange

I have a THDP and have been losing 3 to 4lbs. of boost at WOT. Checked for an exhaust leak and I can feel some exhaust huffing out of this connection at idle. Does anyone sell a gasket for this connection?

Don't I know this leak all too well. I tried everything known to man to seal it and nothing worked. I suggest taking the DP to a machine shop and having it surfaced. That was the only thing that worked for me.

Mine was leaking at the DP and the Turbo to header surface. Had both surfaced and never looked back.

There use to be a copper tri-angle gasket in it however it since blew out and i cannot seem to findanyone that carries it.

I've got the external ATR gate so mine would cause a boost lost. but like I said, get it surfaced and you won't have to worry.

The exhaust leak you are talking about is ost exhaust turbine. This will not cause a boost loss. I would look elsewhere for your boost issues.

I bought one from ATR a few months ago. Fixed my leak but I do like the idea of getting them surfaced. I would like to get that done this winter because mine is leaking between the manifold and turbo also. What did it cost to have the items surfaced?

My memory is probably totally screwed but somewhere in the area of 20 bucks. Well actually, I got my DS header welded at the same time so I am assuming it was that much. I got both the PS header and the DP surfaced and the DS welded for about 80 bucks I think.
