exhaust question.

back in july when i was getting my car (it was a shop the guy owned) and there was a Turbo T on the Dyno.. when this car did its pull on the dyno it pulled something like 690RWHP and 750 RWTQ... (dont ask what was done to the car i have no idea) well the way the dyno was set up, the back end of the car was outside.. i was standing next to what was soon to be my GN when he made a pull.. i was standing a good 15-20 feet away from the car and the amont or air/exhaust that came out of this car was amazing. it felt like a stong wind.. (unless i was hallucating from all the carbon monoxide i was breathing). and i was just wondering if all turboed cars have that much strong exhaust... becasue i would think we would (maybe not as strong as that car) because we do move a lot of air, and after all what goes in must come out..

Lots of hp/tq = lots of exhaust. An engine is an air pump, the more it pumps the faster you go. Doesnt matter if turbo'd or not. An n/a 540 big block will feel like a hurricane too
