I want some input on local resorts, amusement parks, go karts etc that are close to where you live or where you have been.

I have my wife and I and 2 boys ages 6 and 10 that are into anything with a motor on it

Give me some ideas fellas:cool:

You should prolly give some more info like, when you plan to go(temps)--what kinda stuff you and the family like to do, and how far you are willing to go.

Wide open :D We went to Disney world in Orlando last year. Just asking for input:biggrin:

I refuse to fly, so the Wisconsin Dell's is where I use to go every year. Several different go kart places. Big chief was always my fav.

Wisconsin Dells - resorts, attractions, waterparks, hotels, motels, coupons, campgrounds, restaurants, B and B's, visitor bureau members, dells.com, wisconsin dells coupon book
Wisconsin Dells - Extreme World - Go-Karts
Welcome To Monster Truck World - Wisconsin Dells, WI Your boys might like it, but your wallet won't.

And then there's always the ducks. Devil's lake isn't far either if you like to walk, climb, swim, or hike. Elkart lake(road America) is about a 2.5 hour drive, but if you come when the lemans race is on it's worth it.

Why not the GS Nats? They have a huge water park/amusement park on the premises and there is a very nice go cart track located on the other side of I-65 off of Scottsville road with 2 different styles of go carts (circle slip and slide track, and road course Nascar replica track). Plus you could take in some Buick racing action at the track while they visit the amusement park next door. All of this in mid May time frame when the weather is still relatively nice as far as summer weather goes. Don't know where you're from, but Bowling Green as a community is really a nice place to visit and if you've never been to the Nationals, you owe it to yourself to go at least once.
Just my O2's worth.

SOUNDS LIKE A GREAT PLAN:biggrin:

Just have to make sure the wife is good for the amusement park and drag racing in the back ground.

Would be a good time in BG..

If B.G. sounds good there's also a better waterpark in town and Mammoth Cave Park is about 20 minutes north. Plus the Corvette Musuem is pretty good too.

thanks guys:D BG it is:cool: SEE YOU THERE:biggrin:

Myrtle Beach SC has several go carts the one at Nascar Cafe is very nice. MB has many putt-putt and 18 hole courses also. It's a great place to go if you like 'dinner and a show' ie medieval times or Dixie Stampede. The only downfall I can think of is its too crowded during spring break/HS graduation/or bike weeks. MB also has a AAA baseball time the Pelicans (Braves) and a racetrack (think Bristol). Jet skiing and boat rides. 45 minutes away is the Oak island lighthouse. Many mall and outlet stores some peolpe call them factory stores. When I go down I stay in the North Myrtle Beach area and commute.
