Fan Delay Relay Switch

Can I drive with the fan delay relay switch unplugged? Mine is bad. Also where, is the cheapest place to get one.

I bought a used/tested-good one from Red Regal T on the board here a while back. I would contact him to get a good price ont one of his used relays.
