Can someone tell me at about what temp the cooling fan should turn on with the AC turned off???? Mine turns on at once when the AC is switched on but it never seems to run when the AC is off and the temp will get close to 190 or so after idling for 10mins or so. Anyone have any thoughts???

Low speed depends on the chip. Most aftermarket are 170ish.

If it's a stock chip, it turns on at 92 degrees C. That's about 198 degrees F.
