First car show since moving to TN

A week into moving up here to Kingsport TN, got a job and hit my first car show at local Kmart parking lot, just a local get together is all..about 60 cars.

Some real nice 34 pontiac's 36 Olds, a couple of Judges, Scamp, and only one Buick Turbo...mine

Nice people and good time...love it here

Not many buick people around Kingsport I lived there for 22 years. There are a few people over in Bristol. Where are you working at?

Cool Deal......I'm only about an hour & 25 min east of you. I know that they have some pretty good cruise in/shows in Elizabethan TN (sp?) also, which is about 45 min from both of us.

The neat thing was, these gear heads knew the legends of these cars but most if not all have never heard the details, I spent a while filling some in on the HP and Torque numbers of some of the cars here on the board as well as track times, talk about jaws "Ah" droppin..lol
