flooding heads with oil SMOKING ?????

just wondering can you flood your heads with a hv oil pump since the return holes are small in the block and the oil is overtaking the seals. could this cause a smoking issue that i have. when i take off my breather it looks like a river of oil in there

Yes.

I have heard that could happen. Mine smoked after a fresh rebuild but I can't say for sure if that was why but I had my exhaust valves cut for seals and it stopped.
