Floppy driver side mirror

anyone experience a door mirror that just flops around in the housing? recommended fix?
contacted brian at G-body parts, he says they don't have a clue but had a customer use a foam filler behind. pretty ghetto so not willing to go that route. looking for suggestions.

Remove mirror from door look inside the base there is two screws most likely they are loose.

Is it a remote mirror that somebody just cut the cables off?
