I swapped FPR's today and after putting it all back together and turning the ignition on, it was leaking where the FPR meets the fuel rail. i have the o-rong and spacer in there, what else could be going wrong? i think the o-ring is a little softer than it should be, but its not cut or broken. isnt it the same as an injector o-ring?

I had that prob when I put on my Accu Fab unit. The o-ring got "cocked" on install and was leaking. I removed the AFPR and re seated the o-ring and this time was more careful during installation. No more leak.

Yeah it's probably cocked. Make sure it seats BEFORE you crank the bolts down. I use a little WD-40 or Vaseline to lube up the o-ring. It doesn't take much to cause a leak there.

is it better to put the o-ring in the fuel rail and then put the fpr int he hole? if not, how do you make sure it goes all the way in?
also, are they injector o-rings? i think i need another one

also, im kind of worried about all of the fuel that spilled out, will it ignite? or is there not much to worry about?

Get an old rag and a long screwdriver and stick it down there and absorb that gas, don't take any chances. If you can't get the O ring to stop leaking you can get more at Autozone. If they don't have the ones for the Gn get the ones for an 89 chevy corsica, they are the same, thats what I did when I had one that leaked. Tarey D.
