I am soon going to replace my front pads and wanted to know if anyone is using the ones on Jack Cottons site? I did a search and came up with about 5 different brands people are using... this is turning out to be a confusing decision.

Thanks..

I have the Raybestos also and love the less or no dust on the rims. Some say ceramic are too harsh on the rotors because cermic is a harder material. But then again rotors are cheap. What are you looking for? Good stopping power and low dust? The the go with ceramic pads, they will cost you three time as much as semi metalic pads. Non-metalic pad will have the best stopping power.

Where can you buy the Raybestos quiet stop? Are they a specialty shop item or do the common Autozone, Advance sell them? How much are they?

Any parts store that carry Raybestos pads will have the quite stops. I think I paid around $45-60, but this was on a commercial account.

Well, I am looking for the best stopping power I can get without eating up the rotors and the least amount of dust possible. I'm using stock pads now and after one day of driving, they're covered in dust again. I'm leaning towards the non-metalic pads, which is the best in this catagory?

Stock pads are semi-metalic pads, if you go with no metalic pads the dust going to get worst. Your best bet is go with the ceramics pads.

Any Organic pad will stop better, but have much higher dust content, and will wear out twice as quickly.
AutoZone carries a line called "Performance Friction", as well as Raybestos in some geographic areas (they're currently test marketing them), and then they have a cheaper "house brand", called "Albany". In brake pads, I always recommend spending a little extra, as you get what you pay for...!
Advance carries a "house brand" called "Wearever Silver or Gold", which is a decent pad. Their branded line is Bendix, which is a good pad as well.
CSK (Checker, Schuck's, Kragen) carry Raybestos.
O'Reilly carries Wagner (which is good too in the Thermo-Quiet line).
You will be fine with Raybestos Quiet Stop (ceramic) or PG Plus (semi-met), as well as the Bendix Titaniumetallic (semi-met), or Wagner Thermo-Quiet (semi-met). They all stop fine, and have far less dust than any N/A Organic pad.

Gee, with all that info, you'd think I work with all these guys and their brake data. Oh,,, wait a minute, I do... ;)

Part Number for any will be "154" with a prefix or suffix, ie MKD154, or PGD154M, or D154QS, etc.
