Fuel 32PSI?

Fuel pressure = 32 and holds. Is this enough to run the engine? Wont start and everything else checks out fine, injectore pulse and spark.

yes that should be enough to fire the car check your crank sensor

I already replaced the crank sensor. I am getting the noid light to flash when connected up to the injector harness.
