fuel pres and popping

ok any ideas would be a big help here. My T was running great the other day but now I have picked up a problem. On idle and cruising it runs perfect, on light accleration it runs just fine up to say about 8 lbs of boost but if you nail it and the boost shoots up the motor pops and acts up. Yesterday I drove it and when you nail it the fuel pressure is shooting up to 70 lbs instead of 60 like it should. I thought my alternator was going out but its showing good voltage and when you nail it at night the lights get real bright with the volt booster so I know thats working for sure. My car has the dual pump set up and I did notice that my led for the second pump is not coming on so I am going to try and find out what the deal is with that today. Might just be plugs but wanted to ask for ideas from you guys also. Thanks Daniel Ray

At low boost one pump should be plenty, even if the second doesnt come one.Try a fresh set of plugs just in case. Look at the coil pack-module and cam sensor as possible other issues. They all have similar symptoms.
