fuel pressure drop

i am losing fuel pressure after the car is off it goes to 0 psi i start it it goes to 33 line off 233 fpr am i supposed to hear the fuel pump every time i turn the key or not

you either have a stuck open injector or a bad hanger in the tank. been there , done that. as far as the fuel pump priming. yes , normally you will here the fuel pump prime unless you start the car pretty much right after you shut it off. if you go to gnttype.org they show you how to troubleshoot the fuel system.

i just replaced the regulator and it is still doing it i just replaced the fuel injectors it was doing that before i replaced them the engine shakes like mad at part throttle in park it seems like it is missing i am stumped
