Fuel Sending unit for digital dash

Does anyone have a digital sending unit for sell in good condition or know where I can find a new one?. Analog at 90ohms and digital are 120 ohms.

Has anyone attempted to adapt a sending unit from a newer buick or any other vehicle for that matter.
