Anybody know where i can get one for my 86 gn???? mine took a dump, & the gas gauge doesnt werk...at all....

I bought one for my '85 a few years back at Autozone. It's the same 90 ohm unit that GM used in a number of vehicles. They may still carry it.

guys ive been doing a search & came across 2 part #'s............these are both a/c delco items....part # 25092108,,, 25092748.......
My question is which one do i need in order to replace my unit in my 86 gn???
I'm baffled & could use some help........would like to order the right one the 1st time...thx board

Either one will work.
25092108 1986 with digital
25092748 1987 with digital
I beleive the difference in these two numbers is the wiring for the fuel pump. If you have an XP type pump than you should already have the wire upgrade. The analog numbers are discontinued. There is a slight ohm difference and IIRC the digital in place of the analog will make the gauge read lower than it is. The error isn't much. Maybe a gallon at the most.

well i dont have a digital dash, i have analog{#'s}....i believe the correct one which is listed for my car is part # 25092108...plz correct me if i'm wrong
