Ok when you drive your car to the track do you bring a couple of gas cans with you and use a fuel tank drain kit to drain the pump gas and then fill it up with race gas also who makes the best fuel drain kit

You can easily make it yourself. All you need is about a 4 ft length of hose with a fitting on one end that will screw onto the fuel rail and a jumper wire to connect the fuel pump test lead to the back of the alternator. A piece of wire with alligator clips on both ends does it for me and I suppose the right size hose wouldn't even need to screw onto the fuel rail if it slipped over the threads tight enough.
 
As a follow-up, I use a spade connector on one end of the wire to go into the black fuel pump test lead behind the AC compressor, and an alligator clip on the other wire end to clamp to the alternator.

You can get the black fuel hose and with the schrader valve out of the fuel rail, attach the hose to the rail and use a small pipe clamp for safety. With key on and test wire connected, it will pump the fuel out. DO NOT let the tank run dry to avoid damaging the fuel pump. As soon as you see bubbles out the hose end or hear pump noises as the tank emptys, pull the alligator clip off. HTH
 
Yep, good points. I forget to mention that you need to remove the shrader valve because I don't have one in mine due to the fuel pressure guage mounted there.
 
FYI, guys:

A standard A/C testing hose can be connected to the end of the fuel rail and allows the fuel to be pumped out with the Schrader Valve still in place. The other end of the A/C hose is usually 1/4" NPT, so a pressure guage is simple to attach. I use 2 hoses: 1 to pump fuel out, and another with a fluid pressure quage on it to set and/or monitor fuel pressure.

Using this method, you can simply hand-tighten the hose on the rail, pump, and replace with a pressure guage. No mess, no tools, no stripped Schrader valves.

I got mine from McMaster-Carr, ~$10/each hose.(Part #1874K3, here ) Best $20 (plus guage) I've ever spent, and it works on any GM with our style of fuel rail.
