300 miles after total rebuild ,oil was very dirty and smelled of gas. changed oil, now two hundred miles later , it smells gassy again, not real dirty but doesn't look like fresh oil either. hasn't used a drop, and doesn't smoke, what do you think??

Block Learn is off probably. Look for large vacuum leaks and or exhaust leaks. Other cause could be leaking injector or to much fuel.

Block learn 128, all new vac hoses, F.P. 40lbs. line off. exhaust new and seems tight, How would I check for leaking injector, 42.5 injectors-new.

You can check for leaking injectors by placing a fuel gauge on the fuel rail. Next, pinch of the fuel return line, and feed line. If both the feed and return line are pinched off, the fuel psi should not leak down. If the psi leaks down, you have a leaking injector.
