gas tank

just got a new gas tank and the baffle is different from the original. would this be a concern or are replacemets different. thanks

Other than GM I don't think any had the factory type baffling in them.

I've been running an aftermarket tank for about 9 years now in the WE4 with no issues ever including racing with 5 gallons of gas, I don't lift the front wheels however.

Never been an issue with driveability including brisk cornering.

I've had my aftermarket tank for about 5 years with no issues either. If you're going to race keep at least a 1/4 tank in it, that way you know you're not going to starve the pump.

the problem with the aftermarket is that they dont have a baffle and when you run low on gas and try to whip a turn it will bogg out
