Gaskets?

I have heard that turbo buicks did not come with gaskets on the headers. Is this true? Mine has gaskets.

orignally from the factory there were no gasket because there where no need for them. since the heads were completly flat and so here the headers. those headers have to have been off before. they dont come from the factory that way, anyways if have them off i would say you need to use new gaskets buy felpro 1400 they work nicely never had a problem with mine. if u need any other info just let me know

true gm never used gaskets factory but i agree that they will most likely leak after being removed..

i use regular ext manifold gaskets from the parts store ..felpro of course

Felpro 1400's as mentioned and ATR copper work well.
