Some of the connectors on my engine harness are messed up. Where can I buy replacements without haveing to buy a whole harness?

Check your local auto parts store. I've seen some of the more common connectors, with terminals and wires, in the HELP brand section.
 
If I get there wheater pack extractor as well can I just change the connector without haveing to cut the wires? The wire is good just the clip that holds the two connector together broke...

O-ya this is for the westgate solinoid....
 
That's correct.

You can use that tool to relace your connector without splicing.
