i want to thank all for your tips& advice in removing tank, it made my job easy when you know what to do & look for." thanks again. " i have another question someone may be able to help me with. i have had my 87gn for about four months it has 85,987 original miles, i dont know what oil the previous owner used are how to get in touch with him, can anyone recomend a good oil & are additive? im now using mobil one 10/30 syn. , also i have a aluminum radiator with a 16lb. cap, is that the right cap? car runs 220+ when hot outside after driving for awhile. i have 12" dual unit flex a lite fans. thank you for any help you can suggest. burke

Temp seems high, Make sure the cap is good. As far as oil goes I like using lucas oil stabilizer, I love this sh it. you may want to get some type of cleaner and run that thru your cooling system and flush it out good. Hope this helps

checked cap & flused rad. temp. now 185-190. im going to try lucas stabilizer thanks for your help. burke
