Got a ground question

I relocated the battery to the truck and grounded it on the frame. Now the factory way way battery grounded to motor correct, so I would need a ground from motor to frame? I know I have a ground problem as when I turn turn signals on my temp gauge goes up and down with turn signals and I can hear my fuel pump change with them as wel

Correct, frame connects to battery, frame connects to engine.

I thought so. Should solve my ground problem I have I believe.
