Had this sent to me in a E-Mail ...... heard of the group and their Buick , it be cool to see them and the Buick at the GS Natl's ..>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Hello,
You would probably enjoy seeing our car, the Tuskegee Airmen's "Faithful Pursuit" at GS NATIONALS AUTO X. It has a NASCAR CUP suspension built by Watkins Glen ...track record holder and mechanic Gary Shaw with Southern Tier NY 6 time "Modifieds" champ Dave Machuga. Did Genesee Valley BMW Club SCCA Solo II some years ago too, with One Lap of America champion Roy Hopkins at the wheel. We fly large American flags, one of which was used in Iraq in combat and the other to honor our WW II commander, Gen. B. O. Davis, Jr. at ceremony in Las Vegas at the 2009 Tuskegee Airmen National Convention. FP was on display there for a week at the Palace Station Hotel and Casino.
The twin turbo engine is a rear mount turbo setup and the engine IS A BIG BLOCK BUICK built by Scotty Guadagno for the turbo application. It is a 1969 430 "TRIBUTE" STAGE 2 built to the hilt. We have been doing Tuskegee Airmen events and some drag demonstrations for 10 years.
We did a tribute video for one of our sponsors who passed recently, Lt. Col. Clayton F. Lawrence, USAF, retired; one of the famed Tuskegee Airmen. Here is some Watkins Glen International Raceway footage of the '69 Electra taken two weeks ago.

I would really like to attend but we figure its a $1,500 haul from Corning, NY. Any sponsorship support? I'd need a couple volunteers as well, my crew is in school! We do have autographed Tuskegee Airmen art to sell as well.
