As a new owner I would like to make some changes of bolt on parts under the hood. The selection of parts from OPG, Classic Industries, and Summit Racing appears to be limited. Is there any other parts company that has a bigger selection of GN parts that has a catalog?

Hi James, Welcome to the turbo Buick community. Other than noticing you posted this question in the "turbos, ect" section, I'm not sure what you are looking to change or how the car is set up now. One thing to remember is that there are vendors who are just re-sellers of parts and there are vendors who are actual fabricators and manufacturers.

The OPG catalog is nice to see a bunch of stuff for our cars but OPG does not make anything. They are a reseller and in many cases it is not clear what you are purchasing. Example is weatherstripping. OPG doesn't specify whose weatherstrip you are buying - is it Metro, SoffSeal, Steele, Fairchild, etc.

And there are vendors who cater more towards racing while others cater more towards restoration, stock appearing and NOS parts. So, I'll just post links to various vendors beginning with turbos and related stuff and let you explore their offerings.

I think this is a pretty good list of honest and qualified businesses to start with. As with so many things about these cars, parts combination is key. A bigger turbo may mean other changes are needed to complement that mod like fuel system stuff (pump, pressure regulator, injectors, prom chip, ect). But I'll leave things like you know what you want to do and how to do it, just not where to source what you are looking for.

If you are running the factory ECM and not a FAST setup, Eric Marshall at Turbo Tweak is the source for prom chips among other stuff.

You forget us little guys?

We are new on the block, but we are steadily building a reputation as having some of the best customer service and pricing on the Buick market.

I know I am biased, so i would strongly urge you to read any of these reviews of our company (DankGN is also part of RPS) :

turbobuick.com/threads/best-buick-help-possible.457590/
turbobuick.com/threads/big-thanks-to-boosted-rps.456761/

turbobuick.com/threads/boosted-rps.456964/
turbobuick.com/threads/geem-racing-headers-from-finland-via-boosted-rps.455729/

Each of those threads is a customer posting about our excellent customer service, attention to detail, our enthusiasm towards making sure our customers have EVERY question answered, no matter how long it may take. You'll see that across the board people say that we NEVER make you feel pressured to buy anything, or that if you don't buy something you are wasting our time, or that we have better things to do than that phone conversation...ALL are things that our customers experienced when they were not working with us on their project...which is really shitty and sad that other companies make people feel like just because they may not buy something, they're wasting their time...

If you can find a new company (we're only about 6-8months old) or old/established company that treats you with respect and tries to educate you on the product, not just telling you to shutup and give them money...then that is a company to stay with!

Congrats on getting a Buick and if you ever have any questions my phone is always open for ya. 707-362-6030 if you ever would like to call and shoot the shit.
