Wow. He was one of the biggest bike dealers around. Most of the Florida people here have probably heard of him. He was a quite the Philanthropist.

I'm going up to Nebraska for the SORC open road race next week and its on the road to sturgis. I can't count all the carnage we've seen. Last year they closed the highway and diverted it on to a gravel road for 5 miles due to a "harley wreck" blocking the highway.

Good thing I wasn't pulling a trailer.

Well I lived in Volusia county for the last 8 years and that Jax newspaper article really doesn't tell the whole story if you ask me. I'm always the sceptic when I see "self made millionaire" and "charity" in the same story. I guess it's better when "some" money goes to charity instead of Uncle Barry in the form of taxes.

Sorry just venting. I ride motorcycles I can tell you I've never really felt all that welcomed when I stepped into ol' Bruceys dealerships. Maybe one of the reasons why I'm anti-Harley. Oh and he was part owner of the Ford dealer in Palm Coast too. Now the big question I have to ask. Does this mean that they are going to remove his ugly face off of the thousands of billboards that line the roads and highways of FL and GA? Why anybody that ugly never went to Glamour Shots for a decent picture is beyound me. One can only imagine what his daughter looks like. Her name is on the Buell and custom chopper dealerships.
