Hawker/DYNA-BATT battey. Which one?

I am in the market for a new battery. I like the lightweight Hawker battery. Anyone know what P/N I need for the 87 TR? And where is the cheapest place to get them?

I'd have to recommend against it. I had one that didn't last 'til my car got finished! It died after several charges from my 10A charger... $125 down the drain!

Are you running your battery in the trunk? I've been researching the Optima batteries and they're completely sealed...perfect for trunk mount.

Buy it off the internet at Portable Power Systems (www.portablepower.com). Hawker Genesis sealed lead acid battery G16EP weighs 14#. Can be mounted in any orientation. They don't last forever but how fast do you want to go? Last one I bought (Sept 03) was $69.95 plus $11 shipping.

What's the average life of one of these? Looks kinda like a Honda Civic battery.
